Delivery:
Standard shipping is UPS GROUND unless otherwise requested. Express Shipping, via UPS 2 Day Air and Next Day Air are also available for an additional shipping charge.
Standard Service delivery times average from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking:
Each customer has a UPS tracking code. You can receive this code via an email . This code can be used at the UPS website, www.ups.com, to track the order's progress and to see the projected delivery date.

Shipping & Handling Charges:
Charges are based on the adjusted weight of an entire order . By "adjusted weight", we refer to the fact that depending on your order content i.e. Swtshirts vs musical water globes the weight will determine your freight charge.
Some extremely large or heavy items (over 50 pounds) may require additional charges and may not be available for shipment outside the continental United States. Please call for availability and charges.

Orders Outside the Continental U.S.:
All orders received for shipment outside the Continental U.S. will require additional shipping and handling charges. Each customer will be contacted by email with the projected delivery costs. We must receive approval of these costs before processing the order.
